Loose fitting clothes, track pants and a long sleeve T are perfect. Later we can look at getting you a uniform etc, when you decide we are the right fit for your needs.
A drink bottle is a must and we train in bare feet. Remember modesty is important and this is a very active class.
Certainly not. If you have trained in other Martial Arts that's fine but our tailor made programs are perfect for beginners.
We specialise in students from high school age and beyond. (generally 13+)
We do take younger students on occasion, usually when accompanied by an older sibling or parent.
At FBR we believe in modern teaching methods and old fashioned values. Honour, discipline, respect, resilience, gratitude and perseverance are not just words to us.
Some of the things we don't do also set us apart.
We don't give grades for attendance nor do we sell grades.
We don't lock you into a contract or a direct debit plan as you are not a source of income.
We do this because it is our passion and we believe in what traditional Martial Arts can do for you.
